Pamela Trent
Nurse Practitioner
I am a dedicated board-certified nurse practitioner, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2011 and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from East Tennessee State University in 2019. While my specialty is in the field of family medicine, my healthcare journey began over 15 years ago and encompasses a clinical background in emergency, urgent, and sexual health care. My venture into telemedicine began in 2019 and is rooted in my commitment to enhancing healthcare accessibility and striving for a positive impact on the well-being and lives of my valued patients.
Central to my approach is a belief in cultivating a collaborative healthcare partnership between myself and those I serve. Anchored in this philosophy is a balance between evidence-based practice and the unique goals and circumstances of each individual person. As an advocate of lifelong learning, I am resolute in my mission to empower and educate my patients, enabling them to take charge of their health.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. I often play the role of first mate on my husband’s fishing adventures on the lakes of Tennessee or in the coastal waterways of Georgia. I also enjoy traveling, going on walks, trying out new recipes, and cheering on our Tennessee Volunteers.
Your well-being remains at the forefront of my practice, and I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you on your health journey!
