Laurenmarie Cormier

My name is Laurenmarie Cormier. I have a strong background as an Emergency Department Trauma Nurse. This came to an abrupt halt when I broke my back wrestling a combative patient in 2017. It was at this time that I transitioned to telemedicine as a Registered Nurse and decided that I would pursue my dream of obtaining my certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Master's of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in August of 2021. I became duly certified with both ANCC and ANNP shortly after graduation. Since that time, I have gained extensive experience in building telehealth programs while serving diverse patient populations with a huge focus on weight management.
