GLP-1 Weight Management Program

Daily Injections (Liraglutide)

$179 per month includes:

Up to 90 mg of compounded liraglutide every 60 days with injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).

$1,074 ($894 if paid in full) for 6 months—one-time payment includes:

Up to 180 mg of compounded liraglutide. Medication will arrive in 3 shipments, sent every 60 days with injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).

$2148 ($1,428 if paid in full) for 12 months—one-time payment includes:

Up to 180 mg of compounded liraglutide. Medication will arrive in 6 shipments, sent every 60 days with injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).

Weekly or Biweekly Injections (Semaglutide)

$297 per month includes:

Option 1: Up to 10 mg of compounded semaglutide every 70 days with injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).
Option 2: Up to 12.5 mg of compounded semaglutide every 90 days with injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).

$1,782 ($1,482 if paid in full) for 6 months—one-time payment includes:

Up to 25 mg of compounded semaglutide. Medication will arrive in 3 shipments, sent every 60 days with injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).

Phentermine and Phentermine ER Weight Management Program

$149.00 per month includes one of the following options:

Option 1: Up to 30 capsules of (37.5 mg) compounded SR phentermine (not available in CA).
Option 2: Up to 30 tablets of (37.5 mg) phentermine.
Option 3: Up to 30 capsules of (37.5 mg) compounded SR phentermine and 30 tablets of (25mg / 50mg) topiramate (not available in CA).
Option 4: Up to 30 tablets of (37.5 mg) phentermine and 30 tablets of (25mg / 50mg) topiramate.

Premium Non-Injectable Weight Management Program

Sublingual Semaglutide (Tablets or Drops)

$179 per month includes one of the following:

Option 1: Up to 60 mg of compounded sublingual semaglutide (drops placed under the tongue) every 60 days.
Option 2: Up to 60 mg of compounded orally dissolving semaglutide tablets every 60 days.

$1,074 ($1,014 if paid in full) for 6 months:

Up to 360 mg compounded orally dissolving semaglutide tablets, taken daily and delivered every 60 days for 6 months.

$2,148 ($1,788 if paid in full) for 12 months:

Up to 360 mg compounded orally dissolving semaglutide tablets, taken daily and delivered every 60 days for 12 months.

ODT Tirzepatide (Tablets)

$1,047 ($891 if paid in full) for 6 months:

Up to 6 mg compounded orally dissolving tirzepatide tablets, taken daily and delivered every 60 days for 6 months.

Semaglutide Microdose Oral (Tablets)

$1,047 ($891 if paid in full) for 6 months:

Up to 6 mg compounded orally dissolving tirzepatide tablets, taken daily and delivered every 60 days for 6 months.

Hormone Replacement Therapy Program

Males

$129.00 per month includes one of the following:

Option 1: Up to 2,400 mg of testosterone cypionate (commercial or compounded) for injection and 6 mg anastrozole every 90 days including injection kit (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs) and Labs.
Option 2: Up to 12,000 mg of testosterone cream compounded for topical application and 10 mg anastrozole every 90 days including labs.
Option 3: Up to 1125 mg every 90 days of compounded enclomiphene capsules and labs.
Anastrozole is prescribed without any additional cost.

$179 per month includes:

Up to 36,000mg every 90 days of KYZATREX™ oral TRT oral capsule. (Not available in CA).

Females

$149 per month for:

Estrogen options: Up to 2mg of Estradiol tablets, up to 0.1mg of estradiol patches or up to up to 1mg Bi-Est Estradiol/Estriol Cream.
Progesterone options: Up to 200mg Micronized Progesterone tablets, Up to 400mg Progesterone Cream.
$100 additional charge for Up to 2mg Testosterone Cream

Erectile Dysfunction Therapy Program

Injections

$149.00 per month includes one of the following options:

Bimix: Up to 75 mg of papaverine and 7.5 mg of phentolamine per prescription, taken as needed (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).
Trimix: Up to 125 mcg of alprostadil, 75 mg of papaverine, and 3.75 mg of phentolamine per prescription, taken as needed (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).
Quadmix: Up to 50 mcg of alprostadil, 2.25mg of papaverine, .25mg of phentolamine, and 0.025 mg of atropine per prescription, taken as needed (includes needles, syringes & alcohol swabs).

Oral

$150 (three month supply) includes one of the following options:
