Frequently Asked Questions
How does Henry Meds work?
Henry Meds offers patients a convenient telehealth platform providing personalized treatment from a professional healthcare provider. First, the patient completes the necessary medical intake forms, then schedules a visit with a Henry Meds healthcare provider. During the visit, which takes place online, the healthcare provider will discuss treatment options and may prescribe medication. If prescribed, compounded medications will be prepared by a licensed pharmacy and commercial medications will be dispensed according to standard pharmacy practices. Once prescribed, the medication and corresponding supplies are shipped directly to the patient through a licensed pharmacy.
How much does Women’s HRT from Henry Meds cost?
All treatment lines are offered at a monthly subscription fee of $149 per month. This fee includes everything you need from visits with your healthcare provider to the prescribed medication and necessary supplies to administer the medication. Please note that your prescribed treatment may include compounded medications (which are not reviewed by the FDA) and/or commercially available FDA-approved medications.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel any time in the Henry Meds Patient Portal or by contacting our care team at ask@henrymeds.com or by calling 909.787.2342. Unless otherwise specified, the subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel your subscription before the end of any minimum commitment period, you may be responsible for paying the remaining balance. Patients who are unable to continue their treatment due to health-related issues, as determined by a Henry Meds healthcare provider, may cancel their contract without incurring further charges.

Henry Meds healthcare providers are licensed by the appropriate state boards to prescribe medication based on an individualized assessment of your needs. They are trained to evaluate whether hormone replacement therapy is medically appropriate for each patient.
Can you tell me more about the pharmacies that fulfill compounded medications prescribed by Henry Meds healthcare providers?
Henry Meds partners with pharmacies that are licensed by the appropriate state boards to dispense medication. Compounded products are customized medications prepared to meet individualized patient needs and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. All medications are dispensed through licensed pharmacies in the United States.
What about side effects?
Because Women’s HRT treatments are personalized to the unique needs of the patient, side effects will vary patient-to-patient. Common side effects may include irritation, mood changes, or other symptoms depending on the treatment type. Patients should consult with a Henry Meds healthcare provider to discuss potential side effects and risks based on their prescribed treatment plan. Individual results may vary.
How soon will I receive my medication?
Medication will ship after our licensed partner pharmacy has received and filled your order. Shipping times vary, but in most cases, medication will typically arrive at the shipping address provided approximately 10 business days of your provider visit. Delays can occur depending on pharmacy processing times or inventory availability.
What are the qualifications of HRT treatment?
Patients are deemed eligible for treatment at the discretion of their healthcare provider. HRT treatment is often appropriate for women ages 35 to 70 experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause symptoms. Certain medical conditions may disqualify a patient from receiving treatment, and final eligibility is determined by the provider based on clinical judgment.
