Christi Howell

Christi earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in preventative health, occupational health, functional medicine, and acute and chronic disease management. 

Christi believes the patient provider relationship is a partnership. Quality sleep, good nutrition and exercise embodies the three main pillars of health necessary to sustain a better quality of life. It is Christi’s goal to guide and educate her patients on their health journey with personalized care. She understands the importance of taking the extra time to listen and coach patients while promoting active participation and good health outcomes. 

When Christi is not seeing patients, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She has a personal goal to visit every National Park in the United States, as well as experience local cuisine from the West Coast to the East Coast.
