Elizabeth Snow

Hi, My name is Beth and I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I initially completed my BSN at Northwestern State University in Louisiana in 2007, and have worked in a variety of roles including Telemetry, Hospice, Home Health, and my first love Med-Surg. I love collaborating with teams and patients to create a sustainable plan for their best health experience possible. Since finishing my MSN in Family Medicine in 2017, I have practiced in Primary Care in rural Colorado, and transitioned to Telehealth in early 2024.

My passion in medicine is to be "alongside" people as they learn, process, change, intervene, and grow. I believe that the most powerful care comes through being heard by your provider and creating a plan for your felt needs, in addition to physical needs.

In my time not working, my passion is relationships and feeding people. I'm never happier than when I have a full table of friends and neighbors, eating a meal I've prepared, listening and being involved in conversations deep and light. My husband and I have been married for 11 years and are a sweet balance for one another in life, and parenting our four spectacular kiddos.
