Jake Swanson

Hi there, my name is Jake Swanson and I have been a board certified Physician Assistant since 2014 and am currently licensed in multiple states. I have split my time between family/internal medicine and dermatology with the past 4.5 year being in telemedicine. Prior to this I spent 10 year in worksite health promotions, fitness, and preventative executive physicals. I enjoy the ability to pull from both eastern and western backgrounds to help patients achieve the healthiest outcome.

I am fortunate through Henry Meds to be able to access and prescribe medicines, which I view as tools that can be paired with healthy lifestyle practices, to overcome some very common health hurdles. I'm excited to join forces and work together on a plan to get you where you want to be.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and 2 children. Being a native Californian, I love the beach and surfing is one of our favorite family activities. I am passionate about all forms of movement and real, unprocessed food and feel that the root to a lot of our problems could be improved by getting back to the basics. We also love to travel and experience non traditional and non-touristic destinations.
