Jessica Allen
Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Allen has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2014. She specializes in chronic disease management, weight loss, and women’s health. She completed her Doctor of Nursing practice at University of Texas in Arlington and her Master’s nursing degree at Walden University. She has ten years of experience working as a family nurse practitioner and two years in telemedicine. The past 9 years she has also worked in the online nursing education field instructing new nurse practitioner students.
Her passion includes obesity management. She feels strongly about the need to manage obesity to improve quality of life and prevent complications from obesity related disease.
Telemedicine offers great options for managing chronic and acute disease while maintaining our busy life schedules.
She enjoys weekend getaways with family, or beach vacations!
