Jo Muller

I am dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and psychiatric post graduate training at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I earned my Master’s of Science in Nursing with FNP training at the University of Saint Francis in Joliet, IL. I have been a Registered Nurse for 12+ years, with over seven of those years working as a Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in various settings, including telehealth, inpatient general medicine, gastroenterology, and occupational health.

My goal is to be a well-rounded  and compassionate healthcare provider, committed to delivering quality care and fostering a positive, supportive, and educational environment.  My approach to achieving this goal is through interactions of mutual respect, free of judgment, with open communication working toward the best outcomes for the individual using evidence based practices.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and dogs. We are always on the hunt for new coffee shops to visit in our spare time.
