With a robust background in family practice, mental health, weight loss, and women's and men's health, she is committed to providing patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of individuals. Lauren's passion for promoting wellness and preventing illness drives her practice, as she strives to empower patients to make informed decisions about their health. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, she is adept at diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions across the lifespan. Beyond her role as a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. When she's not focused on providing exceptional healthcare, you'll likely find her relishing moments with her husband and 3 children. Together, they travel on adventures that take them to new destinations and exploring the outdoors. One of her favorite activities is watching her kids play sports. Whenever possible, she steps into the role of soccer, basketball and baseball coach. With a holistic approach to both work and personal life, I am committed to nurturing the wellbeing of both patients and my own family.
