I am a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to comprehensive healthcare. I have a Master’s of Science in Nursing with over 15 years experience in the medical field. My background is in Family Practice, Women’s Health, Nutrition, and Endocrinology. 

Driven by the desire to provide holistic healing, I embarked on a journey into neuroscience and neuropsychology in 2018. This pursuit has empowered me to better address the interconnectedness of the mind and body, and offer patients comprehensive solutions. 

With a commitment to advancing personal well-being through a multidimensional approach, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal and thrive both physically and mentally.

In my spare time, I like to read, hike in the mountains with my 3 dogs, and spend time with my daughter.
