My desire is to help people achieve their health goals and live their best lives. Our lives are stressful and busy enough and I believe access to healthcare should be easy and accessible. This is why I changed direction and joined Henry Meds.

I have over 10 years of nursing experience in labor and delivery and 5 years NP experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine at a University Hospital in Florida. 

Life has taken me on all kinds of adventures and I have enjoyed living and working overseas as well as joining medical relief efforts in disaster torn countries. I love to spend time outside– whether it’s hiking, kayaking, roller blading, or skiing. Family time for me is also very important and I enjoy hosting in my home.
