Zack Bernazzoli

My name is Zack and I have been a certified Physician Assistant since 2010. I spent the first half of my career working at major teaching hospitals treating patients who were diagnosed with blood cancers such as leukemia and lymphoma. I have always worked in an outpatient setting and enjoy getting to know the patients I work with while helping them along their own personal medical journey. I made the transition to the tech space and telemedicine in 2018 when I started to realize the impressive access to quality healthcare that telemedicine can provide to patients across the US.

I am excited to be part of the clinical team at Henry Meds because it allows me to utilize the power of telemedicine as well as focus on areas of wellness that I am truly passionate about such as weight loss, nutrition, exercise, hormone replacement therapy and sleep hygiene. I believe that many of us are on our own personal wellness journey and sometimes we can plateau, become frustrated, or just not achieve the results we were aiming for. Our telehealth platform here at Henry Meds gives me the opportunity to partner up with my patients and help them figure out the best medical approach to reach and maintain their overall wellness goals. Through my experiences in healthcare I have found that feeling better about our overall health can positively impact our life on many different levels. There are also a lot of exciting new medications coming out in this field of medicine and I look forward to using my clinical experience to figure out the best option for each individual patient I work with.

As for what I am doing when I am not practicing medicine, I enjoy playing volleyball, working out (crossfit, free weights or fitness classes), yoga, hiking through different local and national parks, cooking, traveling/experiencing new cultures, reading (mostly sci-fi), and spending time with family, friends and my dog Murphy.
