You can start treatment in three easy-steps. 1) Complete a medical intake and (if necessary) have lab work done to verify a medical need for treatment. 2) Speak to your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment. 3) If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30-days, or 60-days, or 90-days from a mail order pharmacy provider (depending on your provider’s decision). We want to enable you to form a long-term connection with your provider so that they can provide ongoing care for your specific condition. With that in mind, Henry is designed for patients seeking long-term care.
It’s only $129 per month. That includes everything you need, from your online appointment to your medication (Testosterone Injections or Testosterone Cream), to your follow-up labs. There are no hidden-fees or long-term contracts.
You can cancel any time in your customer account or by contacting our support team. Canceling before your contract term has ended will require payment of your remaining contract balance. Patients who are unable to continue the multi-month pricing program due to health-related issues, as determined by a healthcare provider, may cancel their commitment without incurring further charges. Contact our support team to learn more.
Yes, our providers and pharmacies are all licensed by the appropriate state boards to prescribe and dispense medication. Specifically, patients who are medically approved receive compounded Testosterone (injections or cream) from a licensed compounding pharmacy. All of the products are exclusively manufactured by licensed pharmacies in the United States.
Henry Meds' program focuses exclusively on treating the symptoms of Hypogonadism. The cause of Hypogonadism varies but its presence may be indicative of a serious underlying health condition. As the scope of our program is limited to this specific aspect, we advise maintaining regular check-ins with your primary care provider, who can comprehensively monitor various health parameters.
One of the potential side-effects of Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a decrease in spermiogenesis (less sperm cell production) and minor testicular shrinkage. Most patients report no concern about this, but if it is a concern to you, talk to your provider for options to maintain testicular volume and fertility.
After your provider has prescribed Testosterone we send your prescription to a licensed partner pharmacy. It typically takes a day for the pharmacy to process the order and then 2-3 days for the medication to arrive in the mail after that. Overall, most patients receive their medication within 10 business days from when they speak to their provider.
To undergo Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) patients will need to be at least 24 years of age and no older than 70. Testosterone (Total), a CBC panel, and a PSA (Total), are required as part of the diagnosis process. This is non-exhaustive list of criteria, actual lab orders, diagnosis, and prescriptions are under the judgement of a medical professional. Some medical conditions may prevent treatment.
